All of the 17 non-protected trees\non site will be removed. Seven street trees will remain in place, including five historic street trees on\nSherman Way.\nREQUESTED ACTIONS:\n1. Pursuant to Section 12.32 F of the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC), a Zone Change from R1-1\nto (T)(Q)RD1.5-1 across the entire site; and\n3.
