5.C. WEHO TARGET VISION ZERO ACTION\nPLAN [N. MARICICH, F. CONTRERAS, D.\nFENN]:\nThe City Council will consider adopting the\nWeHo Target Vision Zero Action Plan,\nauthorizing an amendment to the Agreement\nfor Services with DKS Associates to support\nimplementation, and directing staff to\nrecognize World Day of Remembrance for\nVictims of Traffic Violence annually.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt the WeHo\nTarget Vision Zero Action Plan; 2) Approve\nAmendment No. 2 to the Agreement for\nServices with DKS Associates to extend the\ncontract term by an additional 12 months and\nincrease the amount of the agreement by\n$75,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$155,000 to provide additional consultant\nsupport for feasibility and technical analysis,\ngrant writing, and outreach assistance to\nsupport the implementation of Vision Zero;\nand 3) Direct staff to formally recognize the\nWorld Day of Remembrance for Victims of\nTraffic Violence annually in West Hollywood\nstarting in November 2024.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 5.C. - ATTACHMENT A (LARGE FILE)\nITEM 5.C. - ATTACHMENT B\nITEM 5.C. - ATTACHMENT C\nITEM 5.C. - ATTACHMENT D
