AUTHORIZE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHLAND MECHANICAL, INC FOR HEATING,\nVENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) SERVICES FOR CITY FACILITIES -\nThis item seeks City Council authorization to enter into an agreement with Southland\nMechanical, Inc. for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services for City\nfacilities.\nRECOMMENDATION: that the City Council approve an Agreement for heating, ventilation,\nand air conditioning services with Southland Mechanical, Inc. at prices bid, for an initial term\nof three years and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to administratively renew for up\nto two additional one-year extensions.\nWARM:
