AGREEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL\nMARKETING SUPPORT WITH WEST\nHOLLYWOOD TRAVEL & TOURISM AND\nAN AGREEMENT TO CONDUCT A SURVEY\nOF THE LOCAL BUSINESS COMMUNITY\nWITH FAIRBANK, MASLIN, MAULLIN,\nMETZ & ASSOCIATES [D. WILSON, C.\nSAFRIET, P. KESPRADIT, L. BIERY]:\nThe City Council will provide approval of an\nAgreement for Services with West Hollywood\nTravel and Tourism (Visit West Hollywood) for\nadditional marketing support for the local\nbusiness community and provide approval of\nan Agreement for Services with Fairbank,\nMaslin, Maullin, Metz & Associates (FM3) for\na statistically valid business survey of the\nlocal business community.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an\nAgreement with West Hollywood Travel and\nTourism (Visit West Hollywood) for additional\nmarketing support for local businesses in an\namount not-to-exceed $300,000; 2) Approve\nan Agreement with Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin,\nMetz & Associates (FM3) for a statistically\nvalid survey of the local business community\nin an amount not-to-exceed $17,750; and 3)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to\nexecute documents incident to the\nAgreements.\nSTAFF REPORT
