2.R. AWARD OF AGREEMENT FOR ON-CALL\nARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING\nDESIGN SERVICES WITH WATERSTONE\nENVIRONMENTAL, INC. [S. CAMPBELL, H.\nCOLLINS, E. HAMANT]:\nThe City Council will consider approving the\naward of an Agreement to Waterstone\nEnvironmental, Inc. (Waterstone), to provide\non-call engineering services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an\nAgreement with Waterstone Environmental,\nInc. to provide on-call architectural and\nengineering design services for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $500,000; and 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
