GILMOUR, R.\nGARLAND]:\nThe City Council will consider a resolution\napproving the Community Development Block\nGrant Program (CDBG) Program Planning\nSummary and budget for fiscal year 2024-25.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt Resolution\nNo. 23-________, "A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING\nTHE PROGRAM PLANNING SUMMARY FOR\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK\nGRANT FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-\n2025;" 2) Approve the fiscal year 2024-25\nCDBG program budget and instruct staff to\nsubmit the CDBG Program Planning\nSummary for approval to the Los Angeles\nCounty Community Development\nCommission, by February 1, 2024; 3)\nAuthorize staff to adjust the fiscal-year 2024-\n25 program budget as necessary based on\nthe final CDBG allocation from the U.S.\nDepartment of Housing and Urban\nDevelopment (HUD) and any amounts\nremaining unspent at the close of the current\nfiscal year; and 4) Authorize the City Manager\n(or designee) to execute all documents\nnecessary to receive the CDBG allocation.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 6.B. - ATTACHMENT A\nMEMO - REGARDING ATTACHMENT A
