Adopt Resolution No. 24-120, awarding a PSA to ONXY Architects for\nArchitectural Design Services for South El Monte City Hall Restrooms\nRehabilitation in the amount of $73,030; and\n2. Authorize City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute\nagreement.
