Adopt a Resolution entitled: A RESOLUTION\nOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE FOREST, CALIFORNIA,\nJOINING THE PUBLIC RISK INNOVATION, SOLUTIONS, AND\nMANAGEMENT AUTHORITY (PRISM) AS A PUBLIC ENTITY MEMBER\nAND DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO THE CITY MANAGER, OR\nDESIGNEE, TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY. 2. Authorize the Mayor to\nsign, and the City Clerk to attest to the Public Risk Innovation, Solutions,\nand Management (“PRISM”) Joint Powers Agreement. 3. Authorize the City\nManager to sign, and the City Clerk to attest to the Memorandum of\nUnderstanding for the Dental Program.
