AUTHORIZATION TO AWARD AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL\nCONSULTANT SERVICES TO MICHAEL BAKER INTERNATIONAL FOR\nTHE ENGINEERING DESIGN AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR\nTHE PUMP TRACK AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 807 0058-\n3015 (Report of: Parks & Community Services)\nRecommendations:\n1. Award a Professional Consultant Services Agreement to Michael\nBaker International, to provide Engineering Design and Environmental\nServices for the Pump Track and Site Improvements (Project No. 807\n0058-3015); and\n2. Authorize the Executive Director to execute the Professional\nConsultant Services Agreement with Michael Baker International, in\nthe amount of $405,780.00; and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director to execute any subsequent\nAmendments to the Agreement with Michael Baker International within\nCouncil approved annual budgeted amounts, including the authority to\nauthorize the associated purchase orders in accordance with the\nterms of the Agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
