A.12. ACCEPTANCE OF CYCLE 6 ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM\n(ATP) GRANT FUNDS FOR ADA CURB RAMP REMEDIATION PROJECT\n(Report of: Public Works)\nRecommendations:\n1. Accept and approve the Program Supplement Agreements between\nCalifornia Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and the City of\nMoreno Valley (City) for the ADA Curb Ramps Remediation Project in\nthe amount of $1,523,000 (Fund 2301); and\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute the\nProgram Supplement Agreements and any subsequent amendments,\nsubject to the approval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize a budget adjustment as set forth in the Fiscal Impact section\nof this report.
