Approve the Power Purchase Agreement for Renewable Resources\nbetween City of Moreno Valley (as Buyer) and Golden Fields Solar IV,\nLLC (as Seller)\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Power Purchase\nAgreement and to approve and execute any subsequent amendments\nsubject to the approval of the City Attorney and within the previously\nCouncil approved budget.
