APPROVAL OF CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SAGECREST\nPLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL TO PREPARE A GOVERNMENT CONSTRAINTS\nANALYSIS OF THE CITY’S SENATE BILL (SB) 9 ORDINANCE (URBAN LOT SPLITS)\nThe City Council is requested to approve a contract with the consultant to prepare\na government constraints analysis of the City’s SB 9 Ordinance.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a Consultant Services Agreement with Sagecrest Planning and\nEnvironmental (Attachment “A”) to prepare a government constraints analysis\nof the City’s SB-9 Ordinance; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Consultant Services Agreement in\nan amount not to exceed $50,000.
