19. 23-51505 Recommendation to adopt specifications No. RFP HR22-046 and award a contract\nto Alura Workforce Solutions, of Long Beach, CA, Emploi Group, dba AtWork\nPersonnel Services, of Knoxville, TN, and to Howroyd Wright Employment Agency,\ndba AppleOne Employment Services of Long Beach, CA, to provide temporary\nstaffing services, in a total annual aggregate amount not to exceed $4.5 million for\na period of two years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods,\nat the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute all documents necessary to enter into the contract, including any\nnecessary subsequent amendments.
