8. 23-51500 Recommendation to adopt Specification No. ITB FM-23-306 and award contracts to\nTruk Pro’s, Inc., of Artesia, CA, and Los Angeles Truck Centers, LLC, dba Velocity\nTruck Centers, of Whittier, CA, for as-needed body repair and painting of heavy-\nduty vehicles, in an aggregate annual amount of $750,000, for a period of two\nyears; and authorize a 15 percent contingency of $112,500, for a total aggregate\nannual amount not to exceed $862,500, with the option to renew for three additional\none-year periods; and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all\ndocuments necessary to enter into the contracts, including any necessary\nsubsequent amendments.
