3.5 CONSIDER ESTABLISHMENT OF A TEMPORARY\nLIVE MUSIC VENUE IN THE GREAT PARK SPORTS\nCOMPLEX\nACTION:\n1) Direct staff to proceed with advancing a temporary\nlive music venue at the Great Park Sports Complex with\nan approximate capacity of 5,000 for the summer of\n2024.\n2) Authorize staff to secure a stage and associated\nequipment with long lead time in an amount not to\nexceed $600,000.\n(Unless otherwise directed by a member of the City\nCouncil, the vote on this matter will reflect the prior\naction of each Councilmember when he or she sat and\nvoted as a member of the Board of Directors of the\nGreat Park Corporation. However, if a Councilmember\nis not present at the City Council meeting, his or her\nvote will be reflected as absent.)\n3.5
