2-D Floor Covering Services Contracts Amendments\nRecommendation: Authorize the Executive Director of the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority to execute amendments to contracts with Midtown Carpet\nCo., and Floor Tech America, Inc., to increase the annual aggregate\ncompensation by $200,000 to $640,000, using program funds included in the\nLos Angeles County Development Authority’s approved Fiscal Year 2023-24\nbudget, for floor covering replacement and other related services; and find that\nthe proposed amendments are not a project under the California Environmental\nQuality Act.
