14. Construction Project Management and Support Services Contracts\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Internal Services to award and\nexecute a contract to Turner & Townsend Heery, LLC., to provide Construction\nProject Management and Support Services (CPM), effective March 3, 2024, for\nan initial term of three years, with two two-year and six month-to-month\nextension options, for a maximum total contract term of seven years and six\nmonths, at an amount of $6,000,000 per year and an aggregate amount of\n$18,000,000 for the initial three-year term; find that the proposed actions are\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act; and authorize the\nDirector to take the following actions: (Internal Services Department)\nAPPROVE\nAward and execute up to three additional contracts for an amount up to\n$4,000,000 per year for each additional contract, for a combined\naggregate amount not to exceed $135,000,000 for all contracts awarded\nfor the maximum total contract term of seven years and six months;\nExecute amendments where the aggregate total amount of the\namendments will not exceed 10% of the not-to-exceed annual contract\namount of the original agreement; and\nExercise the extension options in accordance with the contract terms,\nmake necessary changes which affect the scope of work, term, contract\namount, payments, or any term or condition included under the\ncontracts, and execute amendments should the original contracting\nentities merge, be acquired, or otherwise have a change of entity.\n(24-0062)
