County Code, Title 16 - Highways Amendment\nRevised ordinance for adoption amending County Code, Title 16 - Highways,\nrelating to Outdoor Sidewalk dining to replace the existing Outdoor Sidewalk\nDining program with a new permanent Outdoor Sidewalk Dining program within\nthe existing public right-of-way enabling restaurants to apply for an annual\nencroachment permit to use the public right-of-way for outdoor dining in the\nunincorporated areas of the County; amending the ordinance will continue to\nallow restaurants that serve food to apply for permits to use the public\nright-of-way, including public sidewalks, public alleys, and portions of public\nstreets, for outdoor dining facilities while removing the existing additional permit\nfee.
