Recommended by Power System\nApproval of Amendment No. 2 to the Eland Solar and Storage Center, Phase\n1 Power Purchase Agreement; Amendment Nos. 1 and 2 to the Eland Solar\nand Storage Center, Phase 2 Power Purchase Agreement; and Amendment\nNo. 1 to the Eland Solar and Storage Center, Phase 2 Option Agreement.\nThe Amendment will increase the energy cost by $8.5 Million from the\noriginal energy price. The original 25-year term remains unchanged with an\nestimated energy cost of $1,007 Million, an increase of $212.3 Million over\nthe 25-year term.\nDetermine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).\n6\nM. Closed Session\nThe Board shall recess into closed session for a conference with legal regarding\nthe below items:\nThe Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or\nabstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the\nCalifornia Government Code.
