Mills Act Agreement No. MAA23-0002\n12310 Penn Street\nRecommendation: Accept the Historic Resources Commission’s\nrecommendation to approve a Mills Act Agreement, and:\n1) Find that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Class 31, Section\n15331 of the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines;\n2) Adopt Resolution No. 2024-02, approving Mills Act Agreement No.\nMAA23-0002 with the property owner of 12310 Penn Street; and\n3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Mills Act Agreement contract.
