SCHWARTZ\nAS CITY CLERK AND APPROVAL OF AMENDED AND RESTATED\nCITY CLERK EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT\nStaff is asking the City Council to consent to the reappointment of Donna\nG. Schwartz as City Clerk and approve her amended and restated\nemployment agreement for services as City Clerk.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-118, approving the amended and restated\nemployment agreement between the City and Donna G. Schwartz for\nthe position of City Clerk; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute agreement.
