(13)\nBPW­2024­0013\nCD 4\nRESCIND CONSTRUCTION AWARD AND ISSUE FINAL PAYMENT – CLARKE\nCONTRACTING CORPORATION – MULHOLLAND DRIVE (15253) SLOPE REPAIR\nPROJECT\nRecommending the Board:\n1. CONCUR with the Bureau of Engineering’s decision to cancel the award of\nthe Mulholland Drive (15253) Slope Repair Project to Clarke Contracting\nCorporation (Clarke) and rebid the project at a later date; and\n2. FIND that it is in the City of Los Angeles’s best interest not to proceed with\nconstruction of the project and rescind the construction award for no cause;\nand\n3.
