(15)\nBPW­2024­0015\nCD 6\nREVISED BUDGET AND SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT CHANGE ORDERS – FORD\nE.C. – DONALD C. TILLMAN WATER RECLAMATION PLANT BERM IMPROVEMENTS\nRecommending the Board:\n1. AUTHORIZE $786,200 in additional contingency and approve a revised\nconstruction budget of $8,009,000 for the Donald Tillman Water Reclamation\nPlant Berm Improvements; and\n2. AUTHORIZE the City Engineer to issue Change Order Nos. 26 through 32\nand Nos. 35 through 42 to compensate the Contractor for extra work\nresulting from differing site conditions and owner­directed additions and\nmodifications; and\n3. AUTHORIZE the City Engineer to issue Supplemental Agreement Change\nOrder No. 34 to Ford E.C. for a not­to­exceed amount of $25,000 for the\nProject to modify fencing on the western berm wall and issue additional\n1. AUTHORIZE $786,200 in additional contingency and approve a revised\nconstruction budget of $8,009,000 for the Donald Tillman Water Reclamation\nPlant Berm Improvements; and\n2.
