8.3. Consideration of Ordinance 828, an ordinance of the City Council of the\nCity of Industry, Adding Section 17.04.130 (Exemptions for City Projects)\nto Chapter 17.04 (General Provisions) of Title 17 (Zoning) of the City of\nIndustry Municipal Code to Exempt City Projects from the Requirements of\nthe City’s Zoning Code, and Making Findings in Support Thereof\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1) Waive the reading of\nOrdinance No.828; and 2) Introduce Ordinance No. 828 an ordinance of\nthe City Council of the City of Industry, California, amending Title 17\n(Zoning) of the City of Industry Municipal Code, to add Section 17.04.130\n(Exemptions for City Projects) to Chapter 17.04 (General Provisions) of\nTitle 17 (Zoning) of the City of Industry Municipal Code to exempt City\nprojects from the requirements of the City’s Zoning Code, and making\nfindings in support thereof.
