Authorize the City Manager to execute a takeover\nagreement with Great American Insurance Group subject to change orders\n(not to exceed 25% of the base bid amount) in accordance with the\nGreenbook: Standard Specifications for Public Works construction, to take\nover the Santa Ana Zoo Giant River Otter and Primate Trails Project and be\nresponsible for the completion of all work in accordance with the contract\n(Agreement No. A-2024-XXX).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a first amendment to the agreement\nwith CLR Design Inc. for construction support services for the Santa Ana Zoo\nGiant River Otter and Primate Trails Project, to increase the amount by\n$75,000, for a total agreement amount of $193,000 (Agreement No. A-2024-\nXXX).
