Hear presentation by City staff and the Gateway Cities Affordable\nHousing Trust; and\n2. Discuss and Consider Adopting Resolution No. 24-01, approving City\nexecution of the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement relating to\nmembership in the Gateway Cities Affordable Housing Trust; and\n3. If Resolution is Adopted, Authorize the Mayor to execute the Gateway\nCities Affordable Housing Trust Joint Powers Authority (JPA)\nAgreement.
