10.12 Professional Design, Engineering and Architectural Services Agreement with TSK\nArchitects for CIP 23-10 Community Center/Recreation Center Project\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services\nagreement with TSK Architects for design, engineering, and architectural\nservices, Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Project No. 23-10 Community\nCenter/Recreation Center in the amount not-to-exceed $1,100,000; and\n2. Adopt a budget amendment resolution appropriating $1,000,000 in expenditures\nfrom available general fund balance.
