10.17 Acceptance of Public Park Improvements and 90% Release of Security for Tract Map\n32102, Banner Village Park, by Pulte Home Company, LLC.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Authorize the Public Works Director to accept the public improvements for\nBanner Village Park, Tract Map 32102, located at the northwest corner of\nLindenberger Road and Domenigoni Parkway; and\n2. Adopt a resolution approving the Grant Deed and Certificate of Acceptance for\nBanner Village Park; and\n3.
