Accept the landscape improvements for Tracts 30142 and 30142-2, Hidden\nHills by KB Homes Coastal, located east of Murrieta Road and south of Craig\nAvenue; and\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a license agreement with\nthe Hidden Hills Homeowners Association ("HOA") authorizing the HOA to\nperform maintenance on designated facilities within public right-of-way.
