10.7 National Recreation and Park Association Supporting Healthy Aging Through Parks\nand Recreation 3.0 Grant\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Accept the National Recreation and Park Association Supporting Healthy Aging\nThrough Parks and Recreation 3.0 Grant in the amount of $3,000 for the Walk\nwith Ease Program; and\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a memorandum of\nunderstanding with National Recreation and Park Association, Inc. for the\nacceptance of terms and use for the Grant; and\n3. Adopt a budget amendment resolution appropriating $3,000 in revenue and\nexpenditures for the Community Services Department; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all other necessary\ngrant-related documents thereof to receive the NRPA SHAPR 3.0 Grant.
