Approve contract with Horizons Construction Company International, Inc. for\n$146,563, representing an original amount of $127,446 plus a 15% contingency of\n$19,117 for facility repairs, maintenance, and safety improvements; and authorize\nthe Mayor and City Clerk to execute on behalf of the City.\n2.
