INITIATION OF THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS: 1) REPEAL THE\nEMERALD MEADOWS RANCH SPECIFIC PLAN (SP 337); AND 2)\nAMENDMENTS TO THE CITY OF JURUPA VALLEY GENERAL PLAN\nLAND USE AND ZONING MAPS FOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES\nLOCATED WITHIN THE EMERALD MEADOWS RANCH SPECIFIC\nPLAN (SP 337) BOUNDARY ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF 34TH STREET\nAND ON THE WEST SIDE OF WALLACE STREET\nRequested Action: That the City Council initiate the following:\n1. Repeal the Emerald Meadows Ranch Specific Plan (SP 337); and\n2. Amendments to the City of Jurupa Valley General Plan Land Use and\nZoning Maps for certain properties located within the Emerald Meadows\nRanch Specific Plan (SP 337) boundary along the north side of 34th Street\nand on the west side of Wallace Street.
