CONSIDERATION OF A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF JURUPA VALLEY AND RUBIDOUX\nCOMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT FOR THE GOLDENWEST\nBOOSTER PUMP SITE\nRequested Action: That the City Council approve the Purchase and Sale\nAgreement between the City of Jurupa Valley and the Rubidoux Community\nServices District for the Goldenwest Booster Pump Site, a portion of City-owned\nparcel measuring 0.28 acres, and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nAgreement in substantially the form and format attached to the staff report as\napproved by the City Attorney.
