Approval of First Amendment to Agreement for Water Quality Testing\nServices\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) Approve the\nFirst Amendment (Attachment A) to the Agreement for Water Quality Testing\nServices with ALS Group USA, Inc.
