REORGANIZATION PLAN FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT’S COMMUNICATIONS UNIT AND APPROVE BUDGET\nALLOCATIONS TO ADD ONE ADDITIONAL POLICE LEAD DISPATCHER POSITION\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve reclassifying one Police Dispatcher position to Police Lead Dispatcher\nposition in the 9-1-1 Police Communications Unit of the Police Department; and 2) Appropriate funds in the\namount of $9,000 for the remainder of the fiscal year from the undesignated general fund reserve to allocate\nfunding for the reclassified Police Lead Dispatcher position.
