5) Award of an Agreement to Elevator Support Services for the Repair of the\nDamaged Elevator at Rosetta Canyon Sports Park\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with Elevator\nSupport Services in an amount not to exceed $209,500.00 for the repair of the\ndamaged elevator at Rosetta Canyon Sports Park in the form attached and in such\nfinal form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute\nchange orders not to exceed a 10% contingency amount of $20,950.00 for repair\nuncertainties and adjustments.
