Expenditure: $46,430\n(Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Public Works Director that City Council approve a first amendment\nto the consulting services agreement with Tetra Tech, Inc. of Irvine, CA (C2022-009) in the\namount of $46,430, for a new not-to-exceed amount of $832,352, to provide preliminary\nand final design services for the Torrance Airport Stormwater Basin Project, 1-174 and to\nextend the term for an additional two-year period beginning January 25, 2024 and ending\nJanuary 24, 2026.
