City Manager and Community Services -Approve Grant Agreement, Accept and\nAppropriate $5,000,000 Grant Award, and Appoint Members to Advisory\nCommittee for World War II Camp Wall Monument Project at Columbia Park.\nExpenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the City Manager and Community Services Director that City Council:\n1) Approve grant agreement #GF2126-0 with the California Natural Resources Agency\nfor the World War II Camp Wall Monument project at Columbia Park; and\n2) Upon execution of grant agreement #GF2126-0, accept and appropriate a grant\nprogram award in the amount of $5,000,000; and\n3) Appoint three (3) members to fill the five-member advisory committee to provide\nconsultation for the project.
