California Community Foundation Contract\nRecommendation: Authorize the Chief Probation Officer to execute a contract\nbetween the Probation Department and California Community Foundation for\nthe purposes of providing Fiscal Intermediary Services to administer Juvenile\nJustice Crime Prevention Act funds for a one-year period, for an estimated\nannual amount of $5,000,000, commencing February 1, 2024 through January\n31, 2025; execute contract modifications to extend the term for up to six\none-year periods; execute amendments to extend the contract period 180 days\nto the period of performance, pursuant to the terms of the contract; prepare and\nexecute modifications in order to increase contract sums in the amounts\nidentified and approved by the County Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council;\nand approve non-material, technical, and administrative changes to the\ncontract, necessary changes to the scope of service, and if necessary,\ntermination of the contract, in whole or in part.
