Puente Hills Regional Park Habitat Restoration Project Grant Application\nRecommendation: Adopt resolution to apply for and submit a grant application\nfor $25,000,000 in grant funds under the State of California Wildlife\nConservation Board Grant Program for the Puente Hills Regional Park Habitat\nRestoration Project (Project) (1); authorize the Director of Parks and\nRecreation, as an agent of the County, to accept grant funds, conduct all\nnegotiations, and execute and submit all documents including, but not limited to,\nagreements, deed restrictions, amendments and payment requests, which may\nbe necessary for the completion of the Project; and find that the proposed\nactions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act.\n(Department of Parks and Recreation) ADOPT (24-0254)
