Claims Administration and Litigation Management Support Services\nRecommendation: Approve and direct the Chief Executive Officer to execute\ncontract with third-party administrator George Hills Company, Inc., to provide\nClaims Administration and Litigation Management Support Services\n(CAALMSS), for an initial term of five years, commencing July 1, 2024 through\nDecember 31, 2029, for a total contract amount of $10,996,005.50 funded by\nthe Chief Executive Office’s Insurance Operating Budget; execute amendments\nto exercise three, one-year contract extensions through December 31, 2032,\nfor a maximum contract term of eight years, effective upon amendment\nexecution at the beginning of the applicable contract term, for a total of\n$8,006,719.50, with a maximum contract amount, if all option years are\nexercised, of $19,002,725; execute applicable amendments/change notices to\nthe contract in order to make necessary changes, which affect the Statement of\nWork, to add/delete services, and/or revise the terms and conditions to align\nwith Board policy changes and directives; execute applicable contract\namendments, should the original contracting entity merge or be acquired by\nanother entity, or otherwise have a change of entity; and execute amendments\nto increase the annual contract amount by no more than 15%.
