32. California Alternative Payment Program Grant Funding for Child Care\nServices Agreement\nRecommendation: Adopt and instruct the Chair to sign a resolution certifying\napproval of the Board and authorizing the Director of Children and Family\nServices to submit applications to the California Department of Social Services\n(CDSS) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25, California Alternative Payment Program\n(CAPP) funding and accept and execute agreements with CDSS to accept\nCAPP funding for FY 2024-25; authorize the Director to execute and forward to\nCDSS the CAPP resolution, and accept funding for FY 2024-25 and\nsubsequent CDSS funding agreement documents for FY 2024-25; authorize the\nDirector to execute the CDSS resolution to receive FY 2024-25 CAPP funding,\nand execute subsequent amendments for FY 2024-25 and CDSS agreement\ndocuments for FY 2024-25 CAPP funding, and to increase or decrease the\namount of such funding, provided that CAPP funding is available through the\nCalifornia Department of Education, and Chief Executive Officer notification is\nobtained prior to executing amendments to the CDSS CAPP agreement to\nreceive FY 2024-25 funding.
