Approve Resolution 202405 Approving Proposed FY 202425 Community Development\nBlock Grant (CDBG) Programs and Funding Budget\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nOpen the Public Hearing and take any comments.\nClose the Public Hearing.\nAdopt Resolution 202405 approving the proposed FY 202425 CDBG Programs and\nallocations as outlined.\nAuthorize the City Manager or his designee to execute any and all documents necessary\nto further the projects herein, including but not limited to amendments and modifications\nthereto for CDBG projects with the Los Angeles County Development Authority\n(LACDA).
