56. Custody Network Infrastructure and an Appropriation Adjustment for\nFiscal Year 2023-24\nRecommendation: Approve and authorize the use of $5,750,000 in one-time\nfunding from the Information Technology Fund (ITF) to procure and implement\nthe initial phase of the Custody Network Infrastructure Upgrade project\n(Project); approve a Fiscal Year 2023-24 appropriation adjustment in the ITF to\nreallocate $5,750,000 from Services and Supplies (S&S) to Other Financing\nUses, and to increase the Department's S&S and Capital Assets - Equipment\nbudget; and approve and authorize the use of $22,891,000 in total one-time\nfunding from the ITF for completion of the Project over multiple fiscal years and\nphases, which includes the aforementioned initial phase.
