Martin Park\nWalkway Remodeling Project, Capital Project (CP) No. 8A024 (Project) (1),\nwith a total project budget of $297,000; approve an appropriation adjustment in\nthe amount of $297,000 by appropriating $297,000 in grant revenue from the\nRegional Park and Open Space District through the Safe, Clean Neighborhood\nParks, Open Space, Beaches, Rivers Protection, and Water Conservation\nMeasure of 2016 (Measure A) to the Project, to fully fund the Project; authorize\nthe Director of Parks and Recreation to carry out the Project through a\nBoard-approved Job Order Contract; and find the proposed Project is exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act.
