Re-Employ a Retired County Employee to a Full-Time Permanent Position\nas a Deputy Alternate Public Defender\nRecommendation: Authorize the re-employment of retired Los Angeles County\nEmployees Retirement Association (LACERA) member, Anthony Willburn, as\nDeputy Alternate Public Defender I, with full-time permanent status, in\ncompliance with the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Law of 1937,\nand upon the Board’s approval, the subsequent approval of LACERA’s Board of\nRetirement shall determine Mr. Willburn’s re-employment date.
