6. AMENDMENT TO MICROSOFT ENTERPRISE LICENSE AGREEMENT - The\nCity of Santa Clarita utilizes Microsoft software to operate desktop computers, servers,\ndatabases, applications, and email. This item makes a recommendation to amend the\nexisting contract for the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement to add additional Client Access\nLicenses.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Amend the existing three-year contract with SoftwareOne, Inc., to include additional\nMicrosoft Client Access Licenses and authorize an expenditure authority increase in\nthe amount of $72,754 for a total contract amount not to exceed $213,637.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all contracts and associated\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney approval.
