23. APPROVAL AGREEMENT WITH STUDIO ONE-ELEVEN FOR\nCONSTRUCTION DESIGN SERVICES FOR SOMERSET RANCH\nPOCKET PARK\nRecommended Action: 1) Appropriate $47,500 from the Capital\nProject Fund for this project; and 2) Approve the professional\nservices agreement with Studio One-Eleven in the amount of\n$47,135 for the development of construction design and cost\nestimates for the Somerset Ranch Pocket Park and authorize the\nMayor or her designee to execute the agreement.
