29. Dispute Resolution, Mediation, and Related Services\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Personnel to award and execute a\nmaster agreement for Dispute Resolution, Mediation, and Related services with\nvendors as they become qualified, effective upon date of execution or February\n1, 2024, for a term of up to three years, through January 31, 2027, with three\nconsecutive and automatic one-year extension options through January 31,\n2030; exercise the extension options and execute future amendments to the\nagreement, as necessary, in order to add, delete, and/or change terms and\nconditions required by the Board and/or Chief Executive Officer, and maintain\ncompliance with County policy and Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and\nregulations, align the contract with County standards and needs, including but\nnot limited to, business workflows, protocols, and policies, and reduce the\nscope of services.
