Federal Legislative Agenda for the Second Year of the 2023-24 Session\nRecommendation: Approve the policies and priorities for the restructured 2024\nFederal Legislative Agenda for the second session of the 118th Congress; and\ndirect the Chief Executive Officer, through the Legislative Affairs and\nIntergovernmental Relations Branch, to continue to collaborate with the Board\nand County Departments to engage with the Administration, members of\nCongress to include the Los Angeles County Congressional Delegation, Federal\nagencies, other counties and local governments, and interest groups to advance\nthese policies and priorities.
